Award for Newbury policeman who saved friend's life at 10k run

Russell Barrett owes his life to friend PC Kieran Baker from Thames Valley Police who performed CPR on him when he was clinically dead, moments from the finishing line of a 10k race. 

Kieran is now being awarded with a Royal Humane Society resuscitation certificate, a top national life-saving honour, which the secretary says he “richly deserves”.
